What is Self Care Sundays
Come join us for a day of self-care and mental health awareness! We'll be hosting a non-profit event focused on mental health, with a variety of workouts like yoga, pilates, and Zumba to get your body moving. After the workouts, we'll have workshops to help you tap into those creative juices & create a place where you can fellowship with your friends or others in the community. We want to enlighten ways for you to learn how to take care of yourself. And to top it all off, we'll have bottomless mimosas & local businesses for you to shop & relax…Great way to spend your day. Sounds like a win-win to us.

Self Care Sundays is a non-profit event focused on mental health and spreading smiles throughout the community. We believe that taking care of yourself is the best way to take care of others. Our event offers a variety of workshops and workouts such as yoga, pilates, zumba, and meditation to help you relax and recharge.
